Research shows that women tend to shy away from competition when men are included. Does that mean women are not as competitive as men? No, it doesn’t. It means we’re letting the stereotype, It’s Not Feminine To Be Competitive, influence our behavior.

I guess it's OK if a guy leaves a comment on a women's blog. I want to say that I agree that there are men who want to help women at work. All you have to do is ask us. I have 2 daughters who'll soon be in the working world and I'd want men to help them out too! Ask us! Don't be surprised when we say YES!
