Some people seem very organized and capable of getting all their daily tasks completed in a timely manner, yet are disorganized and stressed within themselves.  I urge you to get a calendar and force yourself to schedule as much of your day as you can. It&#039;s too easy to say you will do something and then not follow up on it.
