Catfighting: Learn To Handle Indirect Aggression At Work
How widespread is this catfight problem? A recent study by the American Management Association found that 95% of the women felt other women had undermined them at some time in their career. It’s important to learn why this happens and how we can handle it!

You can stop the silent treatment by carefully crafting (the day before) several questions to ask the interviewer. Plan each question around one of your strong points. For example, “I like to set goals for myself to better keep track of X. How do you handle that here?” Or, “I’ve found it useful to get input from each member of my department concerning problem areas. I let them know I appreciate their input and that I’ll make the final decision. Do you like to see this type of collaboration here?”
